It's that time of the year again when the students at SOCES are eager to find out the Homecoming theme. This year, ASB presented the theme as disco!
ASB president Lyric Heck expressed that she is excited to get all dressed up and shiny for Hoco especially as this is her last one.
Presale tickets start on Monday September 29 with the price starting at $20 and eventually increasing to $25. This year, Hoco rules have changed a bit. You are only able to buy a ticket if your trip slip is signed, with no exceptions. You can go ahead and get your trip slip in room 107 during nutrition and lunch. This year, Hoco will still take place in the small gym. What has changed is that it will be October 25, which is a Saturday.
We talked to football quarterback William Arias, who expressed how excited he is for not only Hoco, but the Hoco football game and seeing everyone come and support. He said “I am excited to go to Hoco because of the theme being so accommodating to any style and turning up after our win.”
Most of our freshmen are very excited and eager to experience their first Hoco and our seniors are sad but happy that they will get to experience Hoco one last time. This will be a very memorable moment for everyone.
